   Kyle is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in business, law, and accounting. Born and raised in the New York City area, he earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor from Touro Law School. He is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an attorney licensed in New York. Throughout his career, Kyle has worked with several accounting firms, including the international firm BDO Seidman  He also spent twelve years as an adjunct lecturer in accounting at College University of New York.

For over 30 years, Kyle has been in private practice as an attorney and a CPA offering a full suite of services in taxation, estate planning, real estate transactions, accounting, and more. He has represented clients in audits and legal matters, leveraging his extensive legal and accounting expertise to serve both individual and corporate clients, including those involved in white-collar criminal cases. Currently, he is a founding member of Lester & Arroyo Certified Public Accountants. In his free time, Kyle enjoys playing the piano and bass, and cherishing moments with his family and friends.

  Jorge Arroyo is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with a diverse background and a comprehensive understanding of both domestic and international tax matters. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and raised across various U.S. military bases, Jorge developed a unique perspective on cultural and economic complexities. After earning a degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, he discovered his passion for accounting, leading him to become a licensed CPA in New York.

Jorge began his career at the Internal Revenue Service, where he honed his skills over four and a half years before advancing to PricewaterhouseCoopers' Partner Taxation Program. There, he deepened his expertise in high-net-worth individual taxation, corporate and entity taxation, payrolls, gifts, trusts, and estate taxation. His experience includes successfully representing clients before the IRS and handling multi-state and international tax issues.

Currently, as a co-founder of Lester & Arroyo Certified Public Accountants, Jorge is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients, particularly immigrants and business owners who navigate the complexities of the American tax system. As a native spanish speaker, he offers bilingual services to bridge language barriers and enhance client understanding.

In his personal time, Jorge enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in sports, and exploring new destinations. His professional and personal experiences make him a valuable asset to clients seeking knowledgeable and sound tax advice.

Nacido en Caracas, Venezuela  Jorge es un Contador Publico Certificado (CPA) que comenzó su vida profesional en el Internal Revenue Service (IRS) y después de cuatro años y medio paso a trabajar a la prestigiosa firma PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) donde pasaría casi 4 años trabajando con clientes de alto valor economico.   El próximo paso profesional lleva a Jorge a trabajar con Kyle Lester CPA, JD previo a la formación de Lester & Arroyo Certified Public Accountants.  

Jorge posee experiencia substancial lidiando con clientes de alto valor, impuestos corporativos, entidades, nominas, patrimonios, organizaciones sin fines de lucro, mantención de libros y compilaciones financieras.  Jorge exitosamente ha representado clientes frente al IRS y tiene experiencia extensiva en temas interestatales e internacionales.
